Our Story
Founded in 2016 by veteran real estate developer Mary Hashem, Adaapta’s leadership team brings over 35 years of experience delivering real estate analysis, market feasibility, risk management, and project financing to help local governments, community stakeholders, and developers revitalize brownfields and underutilized properties.
In 2024, Adaapta joined forces with Community Lattice, a Houston-based firm known nationally for its commitment to restorative development practices in economically distressed neighborhoods by leveraging data science technology and implementing inclusive community engagement practices.
This merger has amplified Adaapta’s capacity to educate, empower, and equip a wide array of stakeholders with resources and strategies to transform high risk properties into beneficial assets and distressed neighborhoods into resilient, thriving communities.
